Loo Monitor Service

A valuable additional service available from Loo of the Year Awards. 

Used to monitor performance more frequently than annual entry in the main Loo of the Year Awards and extremely useful in benchmarking trends  in supplier performance.

The Loo of the Year Awards Loo Monitor Service is designed to offer annual entrants of multiple locations a more frequent cost effective  assessment of their loo provision. A 'secret shopper' service which can be particularly valuable for clients as part of their assessment of  cleaning or FM companies service and to the established quality standard of Loo of the Year Awards.

Frequency of loo monitoring is ideally no less than four times per year including the full annual Loo of the Year Awards entry but can be arranged to meet clients needs. 

The normal annual Loo of the Year Awards entry is included and will be inspected and judged against the main established  inspection and judging criteria  and entries will be graded and considered for National and Overall Awards and Trophies. The other more frequent unannounced inspections will be graded against a reduced level of criteria as agreed with the client.

Following each round of inspections a copy of each Loo Monitor Assessment Form will be provided including the Inspectors overall impression of each toilet and Grading - Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Platinum Plus or Diamond. The Assessment will also provide sections to allow users to add their own comments and action points. An annual meeting will be arranged at which the prior 12months Loo Monitor and Loo of the Year Awards performance will be presented with recommendations for improvements.

The cost of each Loo Monitor Service will be dependent on the number of locations to be included, geographic location and the level of reporting required.
