Loo of the Year Awards (LOYA) is a UK based Washroom Awards and Consultancy company that promotes the highest standards in washroom provision throughout the UK. Helping you promote your business is important to us, as is helping you to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This privacy policy explains what to expect when LOYA uses and protects any information that you give LOYA when you enter LOYA, attend our Events or we are sponsored or supported by you. LOYA, we understand that we have a responsibility to protect and respect your privacy and look after your personal data.

- To complete LOYA inspections on the premises where the entrant’s washrooms are located

- Personal information relating to the name and address of the entry location’s contact if different from the person that submitted the entry or other requirement.

We do not use credit or debit card payments systems and therefore do not have any record of card details on our secure servers.
We may also use and disclose Personal Information to comply with the law, to enforce our terms and conditions, and to protect our rights, privacy, safety, and property.
We do not share your information with any third parties without your authority. We only keep this information for as long as the information is required in accordance with applicable laws and accountancy purposes.
