2023 Premier League
Ranking in the Premier league is hotly contended by Local Authorities. It demonstrates the LA's commitment to providing much needed public toilets to award winning standards.
Winners personalised Premier League Award certificates are presented at the annual Awards Event.
Membership of the 'Premier League' is restricted to Local Authority public toilet entries (Entry Categories 46, 47 and 48) and is based on the total number of grading points achieved (Diamond is 7 points, Platinum = 6 points, Gold = 5, Silver = 4, Bronze = 3) against the total number of entries.
