The Loo of the Year Awards continue to attract enormous interest from all quarters – providers, users and the media.
There’s nothing quite like an Award winning lavatory to stimulate local and often national media attention!
There are a range of National Awards, as well as accompanying Attendant of the Year Awards, for the cleaning staff who look after each facility – the unsung heroes and heroines.
Entries now welcome for the 2009 Loo of the Year Awards
Entries and Nominations for the 2009 Loo of the Year Awards - the annual competition to find the best places 'to go' in Britain, Ireland and the Channel Islands are now invited. New Sponsors Required
We require a number of additional Sponsors for the 2009 Loo of the Year Awards which will be actively promoted throughout 2009. Entry levels for the 2008 Awards continued to exceed previous years and media interest/promotional opportunities to reach new heights.
Companies or organisations who would normally submit entries can also show support for the Awards by signing up as an official Awards Supporter.

Asda is UK Overall Trophy Winner
ASDA has won the much coveted UK Winners Trophy in the 21st Anniversary Loo of the Year Awards competition to find the very best ‘away from home’ toilets in the UK.
Awards managing director, Mike Bone quotes - “The UK’s retailers are placing significantly increasing importance on provision of first class toilets that contain the facilities their customers need and expect when visiting their stores”. ASDA has continued to improve the quality of their customer toilets since winning the Loo of the Year Awards Individual Categories Trophy in 2007. This year ASDA have also won the new Age Friendly Facilities Trophy and were Scotland National Awards Winners for Babychange Facilities and Age Friendly Toilets entries”.
