From Ordinary to Extraordinary: Setting the Standard for World-Class Washrooms and Business Success ✨

I recently had the privilege of travelling to the Interclean show to present on behalf of the Loo of The Year Awards Ltd, sharing insights on how standards in washrooms can elevate both customer experience and business success.
A huge thank you to Michelle Marshall for the introduction and connection, and to Robert Stelling for giving us the opportunity to be part of such an inspiring event. I am also very grateful to Carin van Rooijen for being such a wonderful host and looking after me so well during my time there.
It was not the easiest of days personally, as Charles was very poorly and I had to travel and attend alone, with my mind very much at home. However, he insisted I still go and deliver the presentation, and I am glad I did.
Although my time at the Interclean Show was unfortunately limited and I did not get to see everyone on my list, the feedback and new connections since have made it absolutely worthwhile. The event itself is a real hub for the cleaning industry, showcasing innovation, training, and products that are shaping the future of our sector.
Looking ahead, I am already thinking about Interclean 2028 and hoping to spend much more time exploring everything it has to offer.
