Time flies when you're flushing forward! 💨 This year marks four years since Charles and I became the proud owners of The Loo of the Year Awards, and what a journey it has been!
When we first stepped into the world of toilets, cleaning, and washroom excellence, we were met with open arms, expert advice, and a shared passion for raising standards.
